Initially, I attempted to push far beyond my comfort zone, but that proved to be overwhelming. Eventually, I found my balance—living at my edge, just slightly beyond my comfort zone in all aspects of life. Now, I engage in activities I love without feeling overwhelmed.

For me, living at my edge is akin to a guy’s version of spiritual practice. It involves being true to myself, setting clear goals, establishing boundaries, and doing things because I genuinely want to. Whether in business, with friends, or in intimate relationships, it’s about living with honesty, authenticity, and depth. It’s a way of keeping things exciting and staying true to who I am.
