Niek established good rapport with learners and taught engaging lessons, bearing the group’s profile in mind. He taught successful systems and skills lessons and used a range of techniques effectively. In addition, Niek employed a range of classroom management skills to ensure learners benefited from lessons and he was able to manage the learning process effectively. He monitored students well, provided useful feedback and corrected learners both on the spot and delayed in a sensitive way.
